Less down times are guaranteed thanks to the long roll life, lower power consumption due to the lower friction of the rolls and less or no lubrication needed on the wire since they can work without lubrication.

The latest generation of operator-friendly DEM micro rolling cassettes have been specifically designed to guarantee easy operator set up and tuning of the final wire dimension like no other of its kind.
