Kemno presents: DOMUS FLUIDO LR 68/B.
DOMUS FLUIDO LR 68/B is a high‐quality synthetic lubricant obtained through the chemical synthesis of non‐oil‐based raw materials deriving from renewable sources, clorine and sulphur free, creating a high performance product that is also both biodegradable and fire resistant.
DOMUS FLUIDO LR 68/B is designed for use in the lubrication of screw and bolt cold heading machinery and is specifically tested on SACMA and NATIONAL machines. It is also recommended for use as a medium/high alloy steel press oil, including in heavy‐duty applications. In most cases, this eliminates the need to use different lubricants for different applications on the same machine.

PROPERTIES AND PERFORMANCE
- DOMUS FLUIDO LR 68/B is characterised by an excellent combustion resistance which reduces the possibility of ignition caused by naked flames or hot or molten metals, as well as minimising the risk of other potential hazards due to breakage or extravasation.
- More than 90% biodegradable as base, as demonstrated by test CEC‐L‐33‐A‐93.
- It contains a cutting‐edge zinc‐free anti‐wear additive as well as a substantial innovative technology EP additive.
- DOMUS FLUIDO LR 68/B has an excellent demulsibility and counteracts permanent emulsion build‐up to prevent the deterioration of lubricant properties.
- Its anti‐foaming agents and ability to release trapped air give DOMUS FLUIDO LR 68/B an excellent incompressibility, which is essential to prevent damage and pumping problems.
- DOMUS FLUIDO LR 68/B has excellent properties of rust‐prevention and EP (FZG load stage > 12°), ideal for the long‐term preservation of moving parts.
PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS
DOMUS FLUIDO LR 68/B is fully compatible with mineral oil lubricants and the most commonly used elastomers.
APPLICATIONS
This lubricant is specifically designed to meet the demands of a single product for the lubrication or cold pressing of screws and bolts, particularly using machinery by Sacma, National, Salvi, etc.
